AYA Leaders

AYA Leaders is a youth leadership development program designed specifically for girls and female identifying youth in grades 9th-12th. 

AYA Consulting Firm is committed to being a model of sowing as we grow. Through this program we create conditions and access for the brilliance and leadership of our young ladies to be cultivated as they develop, learn and find their space in the world as leaders and young women Currently, the world is in a space of transition and uncertainty and the leadership and advocacy of our youth will shape the reality of tomorrow.

When we think about advocacy, the voices of our women and girls, especially youth and womxn and girls of color are often left out of dialogue and decisions on things that impact their lives, communities, society and world. This program is a space designed  to cultivate, develop and stimulate the leadership that is already present through advocacy. This program is a cohort based model that will have sessions specifically designed to center identity, leadership, access, advocacy and mentorship for high school youth who identify as girls. 

The AYA Leaders Program experience will focus on the following:

Identity. Leadership, Access. Advocacy. Mentorship. 

Program will consist of: 

• Leadership development sessions
• Identity development sessions
• Resilience strategies and sessions
• Coaching
• Advocacy Training
• College access/preparedness and resources

Aligned with our commitment at AYA Consulting Firm, this program serves to actualize increased accessibility and leadership development for the future young women leaders of tomorrow and will be offered free of charge.
