Aya Consulting Firm serves to provide services and be of service. Similar to the fern, our mission and vision towards equity acknowledges the depth of existing inequities in our world and seeks to equip and empower leaders with the resources and training to consciously reimagine our existing systems through organizational strategy, leadership development and coaching, human-centered design and our shared humanity. Our experience and expertise spans from government agencies, universities, foundations and non-profits to organizations across the nation and the world. With a research background in social justice, critical race theory, critical consciousness, education, policy and social sciences. We create conditions for change to occur in the world. Our consultants offer training, coaching and development to build the capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations towards achieving results and impact.
