Similar to the fern, our mission and vision towards equity acknowledges the depth of existing inequities in our world and seeks to equip and empower leaders with the resources and training to consciously reimagine our existing systems through DEI strategy, leadership development and coaching, organizational strategy and the power of voice. Our experience and expertise spans from educational institutions and non-profits to organizations across the nation and the world. With a research background in social justice, critical race theory, critical consciousness, education, policy and social sciences. We create conditions for change to occur in the world. Our consultants offer training, coaching and development to build the capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations towards achieving results and impact.
