Who We Are

We are consultants, practitioners, designers, and coaches who are committed to our collective future. We focus on addressing the manifestations of inequity in our organizations and systems on the individual, interpersonal, institutional and structural level towards a more equitable future and achieving impact and results. We do this through providing contextualized services rooted in organizational strategy and development, research, inclusive practices, data informed frameworks and human-centered design.

We value accountability. We recognize the impact of inaction and misalignment and we serve to align intent to impact. We equip individual leaders, teams and organizations with aligned strategic action and strategies, while also measuring, assessing, and evaluating results.
