We are consultants, practitioners, designers, and coaches who are committed to our collective future. We focus on addressing the manifestations of inequity in our organizations and systems on the individual, interpersonal, institutional and structural level towards a more equitable future and achieving impact and results. We do this through providing contextualized services rooted in consciousness practice, research, inclusive practices and frameworks and user centered design principles.
